Diction was precise word choice. The use of precise word choice is influenced by the ability of the language associated with the ability to know, understand, control, and use a number of active vocabulary to express ideas precisely so that they can communicate effectively to the reader or listener. In order to create an effective and efficient communication, good understanding, the use of diction or choice of words is felt very important, maybe even vital, particularly to avoid misunderstanding in communication. Selection of the right word is a means of supporting and critical success in communicating. Word choice or diction is not just a matter of select-opt the word, but rather covers how the effect of the word on the meaning and information to be conveyed. Choice of words used not only in communication but also used in written language. In the written language word choice (diction) affects the reader understands or not by the words we choose.
